TREASURERS REPORT/SUE ARMBRUSTER
Sue reported the major expenses and income since March. A copy of the revised budget is included at the end of the minutes. The end balance as of July 7th is $2526.34. There was some concern about funds being low. Two reasons: lower membership number than last year and lower intake on closest to the pin money. Different proposals about closest to the pin were discussed. Although a motion was made and voted on to collect the money upfront, concerns were expressed about someone to watch the money, it was tabled. Deb is sending out an email to clarify what the procedure will be for the rest of the year. Procedure will be #8 will be the hole when we start on the front nine and #17 will be used when we start on the back nine. Money will continue to be collected by carts and turned in later.
